   Home Styles & Stories

Saturday, Dec. 2 and Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017

Take a historic walk-about in DeLand's Northwest Historic District, the downtown cultural district adjacent to Stetson University that developed in the early 1900's. Not JUST a Home Tour or a Porch/Parlor Chat, but the best of both signature WVHS events.

> Visit 4 historic homes from a 3-story 1905 Victorian to a 1920s cottage.

> Hear the stories of early families as told by WVHS reenactors.

> Test your knowledge of architectural styles in a hunt for special features seen along the walk.

The tour begins at the WVHS Conrad Center Complex, 137 W. Michigan Avenue, DeLand, and check in is required on the day of the event.

Park in the lot behind the Conrad Center.  Look for signs and parking attendants.
